"I went to Crystal Run Heathcare in West Nyack this evening. I looked online and saw they closed at 8pm but I also called to verify what time urgent care was open till which was told 7:30. I got there around 7:10 and was told that urgent care was on pause? One of the ladies at the desk went in the back of urgent care to see if they could see me being I was bleeding pretty bad and it wasn’t 7:30 yet. Natasha came out of the urgent care area and loudly informed me that I will not be seen because urgent care is on a pause. I told her I don’t know what a pause means and I am willing to wait. She went on telling me that they are no longer seeing and patients tonight and that they only have one provider and four patients waiting to be seen and how this poor provider is a human being not a robot and cannot see everyone. Well I’m a human being and showed up to urgent care for help well before they closed and I was turned away because they are on a pause? Sounded like a whole lot of nonsense and Natasha was not a very nice person and became very hostile when I brought my voice up to the same level an attitude as hers. It seems she cannot control her temper . I’m sure you have all that on video, management should review and see how patients are being treated. Very unprofessional, urgent care is usually a place that you can be seen and cared for, that is not what happened here. Very sad"

"I found the experience to be highly inept and medically unprofessional. It became evident that if you visit near closing time, they will rush you out without providing proper care. In fact, they hurried me out so quickly that I was not given any discharge paperwork. It appears that this Urgent Care facility may primarily operate with the intention of referring patients to their own doctors and generating business for them. ***Updated 7/14/2023*** I did email you at that email, and I am still waiting for a response and also still waiting for the discharge papers that I should have received on 7/2/2023. I sent an email on 7/5/2023 and 7/13/2023... SO you asked to be emailed but still have not contacted me."

"I had such a great experience here, that I'm surprised by the other reviews. Everyone was extremely friendly from the nurses to the Drs. Roman was such a warm kind nurse and Dr G was awesome. She was knowledgeable and very thorough. I felt very taken care of by the whole staff. Tasha and Ciara were 2 techs that helped me as well and I can only say great things about them both."

"Horrible! This place thinks they are in the year 2020 at the height of Covid. Called from car, asked my symptoms, said yes to sore throat but main problem was bad headache and earache. Put me on hold to find out if it was okay for me to come in, apparently it was okay for me go in to pay but then I had to wait outside till they called me. Missed call, went in told me to wait in wait area outside door. Nurse review meds and demographics, etc. Swabbed me for flu, Covid and strep before seeing doctor. Dr.acted like he didn't want to come near me with a 10 ft pole because I "might" have Covid. I asked him if he went to medical school thinking he would just be taking care of well people. He said no. I asked if he was worried about catching diseases from patients before Covid, he chuckled and said no. I said well, haven't you heard that the CDC and people have relaxed about Covid? Unfreaking believable. He was only doctor on duty. I wasted 1 1/2 hours of my life there. Thank God I was negative for all 3. His answer: gargle with warm salt water for throat, have a little fluid in my right ear, follow up with my PCP in 2 days?? Um, there was a reason why I went to urgent care and not my PCP? Crystal Run has some decent doctors. I see GYN and recently saw Endocrinologist there. They are good but I will never, ever go there for urgent care again. I knew I should've gone to CityMd. They need to stop acting like people are dying all over from Covid. CityMD does not treat you like that. They do what they have to do to protect themselves while still treating people like human beings who need care and not lepers."
