"I had a terrible experience with an insurance company, or rather, their salespeople who were only interested in making a quick buck. They quoted my mother for a price for commercial insurance, but things went downhill when they submitted the wrong address on the form. Instead of rectifying their mistake, they tried to charge her $100 extra, even though the purchase was supposed to be finalized. To make matters worse, their salespeople threatened to involve the police on a military veteran when I calmly raised the issue. I never raised my voice, yet they resorted to intimidation tactics. It's clear they lack professionalism and proper training. What's surprising is that these salespeople openly admitted that they don't care about their commission. Their disregard for customer satisfaction is evident. It would be better if they found a job that suited them and their values. I would recommend for anyone avoid relying solely on salespeople. They are not even the insurance company itself. Instead, contact insurance companies directly for a more reliable and satisfactory experience. Salespeople are only focused on making the sale and won't provide support once the deal is done. dealing directly with insurance companies, you can have better communication, understanding of policy details, and ongoing assistance. Don't let salespeople's tactics mislead you. Connect directly with the insurance companies to ensure your needs are met and receive the support you deserve.
