"Very nasty and unprofessional. Called to make an appointment and told them my insurance. They asked that I provide insurance referral from my primary care. I did that and made appointment. They do ask for a credit card upfront. They then called me back and said they had now decided not to take my insurance and would have to cancel my appointment-no discussion. They did offer to see me if I would pay--No chance Not nice people-stay away"

"Well organized efficient office. No long waits like other drs. Dr.Pak and her staff are on top of everything from the time you walk in until you're sitting with Tony going over your options for prescriptions being filled. Highly recommended"

"Always a terrible experience. Cancelled appointment on me in the past. Today, they rescheduled my appointment WITHOUT my consent. I have an EMERGENCY for my eye. I had to leave work early, got there 1-3 minutes late because of traffic and THEIR change of time which was NOT my decision, they cancelled my appointment, and put someone at my original time so the doctor said i was too late and couldn’t see me. I drove half an hour there, i rushed, just to not be seen for a change of time that THEY decided on without my consent. The receptionists always rude as well. Unprofessional, to say the least, and tons of bad attitude. I will never be going back there again."

Wonderful staff and Dr. Pak is great, she has diagnosed and treated two eye conditions that I no longer suffer from! In addition, the area to purchase your glasses is great as well.
