"I am currently on the phone with Lisa, she schedules appointments. I was anticipating a long wait as it’s Monday and that is usually a very busy day. Lisa is amazing! It is so nice to speak with someone who is knowledgeable, caring and speaks clearly. I explained what I need and she promptly got to work finding an appointment to accommodate my schedule and disabilities. I previously tried to get an appointment for a different test last week and had a very difficult time doing so. I had decided that after speaking with Lisa I would try to schedule the other test as well. She was able to answer all my questions, alleviate my concerns and schedule both appointments around my complex schedule. It’s a great way to start my week . She is an exceptional person and I’m so glad I was fortunate enough to have her work with me. I hope many people are as fortunate as I was to have her work with them."

"I was able to get an appointment the same day. Upon arrival I was greeted by a lovely woman who was very friendly. I was sent to her coworker to finish checking in, and she too was friendly, helpful and just an overall nice person. It’s refreshing to come into an office where people don’t appear to be miserable and seem to go out of their way to be nice. My tech was wonderful. Another great example of professionalism and kindness. The whole process from start to finish was a positive experience."

"Unfortunately, I've had a lot of reasons to utilize their services over the years, but I'm also very fortunate that they are close by in a nice facility. I've only had very good experiences. Extremely courteous and responsive staff. Wait times have been totally reasonable. Plus, it's very simple to get test results on your own. The only thing I'm not crazy about is having to sit in the main waiting room area so I usually go to the one off to the side."
