"My brother had to get blood work done so I went to lab corp in stony point, however they did not accept walks in and the woman there was so rude. So I drove to new city to Quest. I walked in, had to wait a while but when it was our turn it was a fast and wonderful experience. Amanda was patient, kind, friendly and reassuring, especially since it was my brothers first time getting blood work. Not to mention, there was a whole waiting room outside with frustrated patients and she handled them all with grace. Very impressive. Thank you!"

"Recently went to Labcorp in New City and had a terrible experience with a miserable phlebotomist who was nasty and had zero compassion. I am very squeamish when giving blood due to a traumatic experience as a child. Went to Quest in New City and it was an entirely different experience. Amanda was my phlebotomist and she was beyond patient and kind. I will never use Labcorp again."

"The most nasty people we have ever dealt with. The VA made the appointment and it was not in the system. Took 45min took find someone to speak to. After tracking someone down the "trashy" nasty, lazy female was so rude it was disgusting. Had a 2yo with us and were supposed to be in and out in 10min. Long story short the VA rescheduled us for a new place after hearing what happened. Will NEVER EVER go back here. Glad to know they treat their veterans who served this country so well! Well take business else where."
