"This is the first time I am writing a review but I’m so upset I feel it is necessary. My husband and I go to the Vitamin Shoppe in Riverhead at minimum every 2 weeks. I spend about $300 a month on supplements. Sometimes I place my order online and just pick up. Other times, I go in. I had a question concerning the cases of protein bars. Chris was behind the counter. He was extremely rude and very short. I thanked him. Brought stuff to counter to pay. We had rewards that were going to expire and a coupon. When asked if it could be used together, his response was yes, but we’d have to pay. Then they would have to void and start all over. He was clearly annoyed and his tone was so off putting that my husband and I said forget it. We paid, took our items and will not be returning to Riverhead Vitamin Shoppe again. I’d also to add we were the only customers in the store and there were three employees."
