"I spent 200$ to get my pc fixed they guy asks me for my pc pin I give it to him and confirm 3 times… 2 days later when I come to pick up my pc they say “we couldn’t do anything because your PIN number you gave was wrong” I than give them the ping number again and come back 2 days later after describing every issue down to the minute details they tell me everything is fixed I go home and check to see if it’s fixed not 1 of the 3 errors was fixed( I also live 45 miles away) Don’t go to this Best Buy location they are all brain dead."
"It was the usual trip to best buy. I was visiting the area and forgot something at home and needed it so I stopped in, found what i wanted, paid, got out. Nice looking store as usual."
"When you call them you get redirected to some customer service center out of the country. The reps cannot speak English. Whatever happened to calling a store and speaking with someone actually in the store? This whole corporate model of out of the country customer service is a complete joke. Shame on Best Buy."
"Customer service is a non issue at this location especially when you don't have any. 2 optical disc drives were next to each other on a shelf. Both of them had a price label underneath them. And when I took one to the register, the price that they were going to charge me was not what was listed. When I asked why they wouldn't honor the price that was listed underneath the device. I was told it was a mistake. That's not my fault or my problem. The correcting thing to do would have been to price adjust it. Which is what every other customer service oriented organization does. There's a reason why best buy is failing. And it's obviously a policy in a store like this. It's why I don't shop there. I only go in for information. This is a failure in customer service and a failure in management. It was an arrogant heel that delivered this information to me. Thank God for the internet and Amazon. I'd rather deal with a faceless organization that gives me items based on actual pricing. when they are wrong, they fix it."
"I went to Best Buy this morning in Riverhead 10/29/23 to get a iPad case. I was greeted by Nigel when I walked in who brought me directly to the cases and explained in detail the best one for me to get with what I use it for. I was extremely impressed with his detail to customer service, communication skills and professionalism that I asked him if he knew about the Nest 3rd generation thermostats. (I wasn't planning on purchasing at that time) He brought me to the Nest thermostats and with extreme detail he went over the product as if he developed it. WOW! I haven't seen or experienced any customer service like this ANYWHERE! Needless to say with the information he gave me I no longer needed any more time to research and purchased both the iPad 9th generation case and the Nest 3rd generation thermostat. I haven't been home more than 45 mins and the thermostat is installed and working exactly like he explained and I love my iPad case! Thank you Nigel for educating me. You CLEARLY went above and beyond!"
