"Years ago I purchased a special wooden sign from this adorable gift store. I was in search of the same sign years later and stopped in the store. It was not still carried there. A very nice lady at th counter took down my contact info and said she’d check with the owner. Not long after, my phone rang and, Linda, the owner, very caringly asked me to describe the sign well and text her a pic. I did. And she went all the way back in her records to try to find it again and even offered another artist who could perhaps do it. This is what stellar customer service is all about. I really commend a Linda and her staff for that level of care and J will be a customer of this special gift shop with faithfulness. PS — they have awesome gifts and delectable chocolates. It’s a must shop at boutique gift shop!!"
