"Don’t take bunch of girls to shop here as the sales girls are way too lazy to help! Not to mention, I had clothes in my hand and a cup of drink and I asked if they can throw it out or hold on and they suggested I leave the shop and throw it out right outside- so I leave the clothes on the counter and I leave the store with all my guests in the store and look for the garbage outside but none to be found nearby !!!"

"The store is super cute, but I bought a $70 sweatshirt that constantly sheds on everything I own and the seams are ripping apart after owning it for less than one week. For that price, I’d expect higher quality."

"Staff was so incredibly rude even though I spent upwards of 300 dollars here. They were gossiping loudly about other customers in the store in front of myself and the other people I was with. They even went so far as to mock another customer loudly at the register while the customer was just out of ear shot. I have been dissatisfied with the service here before, but never was so moved to write a review. When I asked them a question at the register, one of the three employees dramatically replied with a loud and curt “NO.” I adore flying point in Southampton but am appalled by the experience I have often had in the Sag Harbor store. I am sure other customers would agree. I hope they can fix this issue because the store itself is a lovely place which could probably be much improved with better customer service training."

"AVOID unless you validate an over priced (double) resort store that doesn’t accept returns within 24 hours of purchase. Store credits and exchanges only. Bought 2 swimsuits, decided they were too similar and went back to return 1 to find NO RETURNS. Forced to pick something else that wasn’t what I really wanted. Stuck with a $4 credit I’ll never use. NEVER GOING BACK. RIP OFF. Same items online for 35% less."

"I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience with this company has blown my mind. I ordered a pair of shoes online on August 31... almost a month ago. I only received one automated email from them. It wasn’t until I reached out to them almost a week later (9/8) to see what the status of my order was. They responded to me 3 days later saying they would check on it right now and let me know. Well, it is now 9/25 and I have yet to hear back from anyone. I even sent an additional message to them last week and what the status was. Overall, this place is completely unprofessional, full of lazy staff, and lack the most basic customer service. Save you time and money and go somewhere else that actually values their customers and has some pride in their store."
