"I was in this store recently and after the sale was rung up, I realized I had a coupon. When I asked if it was too late, the clerk behind the counter said and I quote, " yeah, it's too late," and would not cancel the transaction and ring it again. Now we all know that he could have very well have canceled that transaction and rung it up again. As a result, I will no longer be giving them my business, nor will my friends, neighbors and relatives who live in the area. One only needs to shop on the north service road in the waverly shopping center where there is a lovely couple who are warm and gracious who also own a liquor store. I refuse to have my intelligence insulted by some wise ass."
