"We needed to frame 3 prints and we were told that the size we needed was 14 by 11. The prints we had had a white border around them exceeding the size of the frame. I asked them to cut the prints to the proper size. I was absolutely amazed when told that Michael's does not cut prints to size. They said just buy the frames and cut the prints to size yourself. I ask you... why does Michael's have a framing department? They could use the space for something else. I'm glad my surgeon doesn't have that policy... I'd hate to do my own bypass. Here, just buy these scalpels and do it yourself. I'm still laughing at the absurdity."
