"this store is a night mare. I could not believe they way I was treated.very disrespect Over trying to just get my daughter gift card fixed.They Evan call the police on me coming from a family of 5# policeofficers I would never understand or expect this behavior.i have been a costomer for years.i never have any issues.the front of this store have no idea on how to make things right. I am a man of of traumatic brain injury survivor.Becareful of the way they use the police to cover up their lack incompetence & professionalism also Lenin manager and coworker assistant be aware of their behavior.will be investigated to stop the way they run the store. And take up police time for lacking customer service &making false accusations.they have to know potential consequences of their actions in the name of "Jesus"."

"I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at your CVs in central Islip East Suffolk ave. . The rudeness of one of the employees LENIN was beyond unacceptable. When I asked for assistance, the employee responded with a condescending attitude and made me feel like my questions were a nuisance. Their lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking. It's clear that customer service is not a priority at this establishment. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to avoid this store if they value respectful and helpful service. "Awful, awful staff Rude and disrespectful Store Manager I just walked out of CVS after encountering an extremely rude store manager The young man explained the requirements for taking the photo and while I stand there trying to make a determination he turned to one of his workers and told her she don't want to take the photo because she don't want to remove the things i told her to, I was in awe, I asked him why would he say that, I didn't tell him that but he continues to rant and fret that he does not make the ruly Honestly, it's the worse I have seen at a CVS, downright rudeness, disregard for customers, walking around while cursing I will never recommend anyone going to that CVS- and I am sure I am not the first to encounter this store manager- The front staff in particular- she saw me standing there waiting to be attended to and her first question is what do you want? I left that place in shock! Almost nauseous"

"Terrible customer service and communication from the pharmacy. It’s incredibly difficult to be tied to medications these days but throw in attitude and dismissal and it’s endless back and forth."

"Garbage pharmacy service. I was turned away while already being seen because it was their break time. All they needed to do was check my insurance and be done. But instead I got an attitude from a women who wasn’t even helping me originally and nonchalance from everyone else. Awful Service. Especially towards the ill."
