"Worst store ever Horrible Customer service! The ladys that work there is just Plain rude , they tell customers not to touch the jewelry on the mannequin customer service skills is horrible. I gave them one star because they have a good selection of clothes."

"Horrible experience! All the items I wanted to purchase did not have price tags. The manager proceeded to tell me I was unable to purchase the items bc they did not have a price. I asked her if she could give me a price and create a tag- she said no So they Would rather keep the items not sell them ??? Extremely rude and incompetent staff"

"I came here a few times and the staff looks very judgmental and they’re very rude. They have nice affordable clothes (which is why I gave even 2 stars). They made a mistake and put a wrong size tag on an item and wouldn’t even work with me to fix their own mistake. I definitely won’t be coming back."

"Worst shop I have ever seen, the lady is very very rude, there is no fitting room. I bought a few stuff from this store, when I try the clothes at home, it was not fit for me. And when I went back to the store to return the same stuff the very next day, the lady refused to exchange it, she started giving excuses. When I tell her that you should have some rules for your shop, for exchange etc, she started arguing with me. I just hate that shop and that lady.. never want to go again. I would suggest everyone not to visit the shop."

"Had a rebel experience I've gone to the store probably a good 10 times since it's opened. I'm not sure if it's the manager or who exactly it is but she is not a very nice person more she had very pleasant person to deal with. Going out of her way to reprimand my child when she isn't 100% sure that she dropped something on the floor and then continuing to argue with me when I'm the client I do customer service on a daily basis and do not treat my customers that way horrible place would not recommend them or that you take your time to come to their store along with that go to rainbow which is up the block and never have had a bad experience there."
