"No fitting rooms, so I bought 2 items that didn’t fit me because their sizing is different, when I went to return them she said I couldn’t because the tags weren’t attached, even tho I had them in the bag they just weren’t attached ... I have the receipt and everything not sure why they can’t refund me, the staff there is absolutely horrible like no how are you or have a good day either like they could atleast say hi.. I usually don’t go here cus it’s trashy clothes but I decided to look and was definitely disappointed"

"I had made a purchase earlier in the week.the floors each visit were filthy and carpets unkept. Inches of room between racks, even in plus size. No dressing, waiting a girls time... Doors opened for the day 10 minutes late. More waste of time. Then I waited another 5 minutes standing at the register for the registers to be counted and ready for the day. This us not a store for Women who want a pleasant, refreshing and quality shopping experience. One star because the manager explained I'd wait while she counted registers and she did say have a nice day."

"Trendy fashion choices, decent prices, ok staff & a substantial plus size selection. HOWEVER I took two ⭐ off just because the store is a safety hazzard. Figuratively and literally speaking. The aisles are certainly not safety approved. Most aisles are 12" wide and I'm sure that's being overly generous. Any wheelchair shoppers should not even consider this store. Shoppers should anticipate getting poked, bumped, stuck or snagged by items, hangers, shelves and racks."
