"the stores employees were beyond rude to my 13-year-old daughter cursing her out for no reason this kind of behavior is not tolerable and such disrespect to the people who actually wanna buy stuff there. The manager was the worst of all cursing at my child, asking how she dresses like that, and how her mother would let her go out like that, i do not tolerate this kind of behavior. I am beyond disappointed in the Store employees and manager."

"super understanding and friendly people. i bought some tapers from this spencers and the box i got had a manufacturing error, had three 14G and only one 16G (each size was supposed to only have two), and i only noticed this AFTER i had already put the smallest tapers in my ear. i went in the next day and showed them the box i got with the messed up sizes, the guy i was talking to got me a new box and checked that all the tapers matched up. let me have them without doing an official exchange, didnt take issue with me having the smallest ones in my ears and took the box with the rest of the messed up sizes. quick and easy and very good experience, will definitely make more piercing purchases here in the future!"

"Manager accused my friend of stealing, then accused our whole group with absolutely no evidence. Threatened to call security although we offered to let her check our bag. She then clocked out without saying anything. Wasted our time, they weren’t able to rewind the store camera footage to show evidence of “stealing.” Horrible customer service. Maybe she should keep track of her inventory better."
