"I have been coming to this store for over three years and have to come to realize and accept that these people are beyond unprofessional. You order items from them, and YOU have to request a bag and when you do, the toss it to you on the counter and have you bag your own items. This is by far unacceptable. I have been to other Seven eleven stores and the customer service there is spectacular and immaculate. Sorry but these unprofessional retards won't ever get another dime from me."
"The worst 7 eleven that you can find in the area. The crew is only of people of one ethnical group (Indian), doing their job the worst possible way. Not only they are rude in most times, but the prices at checkout are often different from what are written on the price tags. When you reasonably ask them to sell you the item for the price that is on the tag, they refuse to release it even though they are lawfully obligated to deal the sale according to the price they put on the price tag. Also they often happen to have problems with homeless and other suspicious people hanging out inside and acting aggressively towards other customers and the staff never care. Once I asked them to call the police when there was a fight about to happen and they just pretended to mind their own business. Called customer support and let the company know everything what is going on at that store."
"Every evening I'm there with my friend, after Iftar it's Ramadan now, to grab coffee and walk down to Brighton Beach. Everyday. Stuff Abdulla, he is always in the cash desk is very RUDE, destroys our MOOD. We did not go there to get anything free. We pay money for coffee and for the sweets we take. If we ask something he is no answering or looking to another side or just ignoring. What is this behavior??? Yesterday I couldn't keep silent and said to him, he needs to learn how to deal with customers He answered me: you have to go and study at school? What a hell? Where is manager to talk to him? I will not leave this like that He should apologize"
