"Rats, bugs, expired food/drinks, horrific management. DO NOT SEEK EMPLOYMENT HERE. Pros Absolutely none whatsoever at this specific location of 462 5th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11215. Cons Everything from the pay, the hours, the cleanliness, professional, you name it they have fantastically underachieved. Advice to Management Do not work at the Walgreens at 462 5th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11215. They will not get you setup for direct deposit despite taking your bank information. They will make you close at 11pm and open the very next day at 5am. The zebras and ear pieces never work, yet you will yelled at for not wearing them. The break room is constantly being fumigated due to the chronic cockroach/centipede infestation. In the back room you’ll be introduced to this locations work pet aka master splinter the rat and it’s small family of 5. HUGE RAT THE LIKES OF WHICH YOU’VE NEVER SEEN. The rodents often poo everywhere and often chew on items that are placed on the floor for unsuspecting customers to purchase. There is no inventory control so a lot of food and drinks are often expired. The leadership and store manager are completely ratchet and unprofessional, often threatening employees to “clock out” if you disagree with their illegal practices. They’ll often schedule you to a 9-10 hour shift with one unpaid 30 minute break. You’ll also be subjected to RAMPANT BRAZEN THEFT. If you dare tell the thieves to stop they will physically fight you. The store manager refuses to order garbage bins so the trash is left to stack up in the back to the rat’s pleasure. This store also does not have air condition whatsoever. The single baby mamas at the job often bring their kids to work so expect a packed break room while you try to enjoy your break :)"

"This is about the pharmacy techs - they are always super friendly and fast! The front of the store seems like a mess with lines and everything locker but I'm very happy for what I do here!!!!!!!!!"

"I dread even thinking about having to drop off Fed Exp at this awful store. If you want to be ignored, shouted at, and left to wait sometimes 20 minutes or more with no one online, come to Walgreens on 5th Ave. I never shop here because everything is locked up or picked over. Miserable, unprofessional and very rude staff. This is a Better Business Bureau red flag. One star is too much."
