"This is easily one of the worst cvs’s on the planet. Every single time I call them no matter what time of day they pick up the phone without saying a word and hang it up. I called 3 times at 9am with a quick question about picking up a medication and they continued to pick up the phone not say a word and hang up the call. This isn’t the first time this has happened. It happens every time I call them. Usually I just show up there hoping for the best, but there is always a long line. Staff is consistently rude even over the phone. I hate using this pharmacy, but sometimes I have no choice. I will be reporting this to CVS in whatever way I can."

"I tried calling the pharmacy because I just wanted to know if they received my prescriptions but they had me on hold for 90 mins so I gave up and decided to go there! My prescription was ready but I never received a call or a text about it. I asked him why they never pick up the phone and he told me that they never pick up the phone because they are always short staffed. I ask him if he could check me out and he told me I had to wait in line. The line has about 20 to 25 people waiting even people sitting on the floor."
