"During my recent visit to Dollar Tree located at 1562 Fulton Street, Brooklyn, New York 11216, around 4:30 pm, I encountered a distressing incident involving a member of the management team. The individual in question was an African American woman with distinctive long eyelashes, who, curiously, was wearing reindeer antlers and a red sweater at the time. While I was in the process of checking out and waiting for my friend, this manager exhibited rudeness by stating, "People shouldn't be in line if they're not ready to pay." Seeking clarification as she directly addressed me as a customer, I was met with the dismissive response, "Speak when spoken to." This exchange was not only unwarranted but also left me feeling disrespected. Adding to my dissatisfaction, I observed that the store was in an untidy condition, further detracting from the shopping experience. To my surprise and disappointment, the same manager, responsible for maintaining professionalism, was observed eating while assisting customers, a clear violation of expected conduct. In light of these incidents, I feel compelled to voice my concerns and plan to contact the store via telephone to address and rectify this behavior. It is my strong belief that the actions of this employee are not reflective of Dollar Tree's core values. In order to maintain the standards of professionalism and customer service, I recommend that appropriate measures, including termination, be taken regarding this employee."

"AS OF SEPT 2023 this store has done a complete 360. First step was adding a security guard which is great it keeps the thieves from blatantly stealing and as well stealing all the good things we all need. The shelves are not only stocked but stocked with name brand items for the 1.25 price we all love. The food/pantry area deff has stepped up a biit with more variety. And I went in three this this past month and there were two cashiers each time. I have not seen boxes taking up the isle. And important the floors are not grime and dirty how they use to be. All I have to say is to whoever is managing now please keep up the work. This dollar tree is deff needed and comes in handy for the community."

"Too disorganized and filthy. There has been an unopened bag of cotton candy that has been on the shelf for at least a month. So either they're not rotating the products properly to see that, or they do see it and don't care. Either way you look at it, that's bad."
