"This place is staffed by a troupe of the laziest, most disinterested individuals you could ever hope to run into. The pharmacy has a phone (for what I don’t know) as they never answer it. Not one single time have any of my prescriptions been refilled on time. Not one single time has this pharmacy ever called my doctor when information has been needed (despite telling me that they have). Redstone Pharmacy in Brooklyn is far more reliable - and they deliver!"

"Came to pharmacy and would not fill prescription because doctor note said generic or brand name. Pharmacist told me that they had brand name in stock but wouldn’t fill unless doctor explicitly request brand name. Had doctor re order brand name and came back a second time for them to tell me the prescription they told me was in stock but only had 26 of 30 pills and to come back again tomorrow for a full refill despite telling me they had the brand name in stock that I had my doctor reorder. Rude and incompetent"

"The absolute worst Walgreens I have ever encountered. Always extremely long lines in the pharmacy and regular cashier. Any questions are referred to another staff member who is equally clueless including the manager."

"I asked for a passport picture. They took a picture without enough light. I saw the employee that took the picture painting the background in white using what I guess was a very primitive version of photoshop. You can totally tell in the printed photo that the background is painted white. This won’t be accepted as a passport picture by any country. They don’t take a passport picture, they take a random picture and charge it as if it was a passport pic."

"The worst Walgreens i have ever been to in my entire life n im from the neighborhood n i just hate shopping at this Walgreens for the simple fact that these 2 particular workers that work behind the counter two females that R supposedly managers are the very worst of the worst they look at you crazy with attitudes like if they want to kill you i kid u not i can not make this up someone needs to fired these workers or get them retrain or put them in a Hospitality School as soon as possible cause they making Walgreens look and feel really really horrible next time im taking video footage to show more proof. Very Very unprofessional workers at this Walgreens. Retrain these workers or just hire a whole new staff. Smh"
