"Very nice and helpful staff. They seem to have a wide selection of wines and spirits. If you don't find what you want, the staff can give suggestions to a replacement."
"Great customer service and very quick neighborhood deliveries! I got a few wine orders delivered from them during the pandemic and they came in very quickly every time and the employees were all very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the last order I made (the wine I usually buy was tasting very different), but they replaced my two bottles right away. Great service and lovely store!"
"Came all the way from Orange County, NY to purchase a Japanese Liquor that my son wanted and honestly couldn't find anywhere else. Trust me I even want online to double check so we wouldn't have to take the 1:45 min drive. So after arriving at Urban Uncorked, my son tried to purchase using his debit card. The woman Susan Ellis-General Manager I might add insisted on ID. My son called me I came in and asked why was it needed he's using his debit which the law states when using your card as a debit your pin is your ID unless otherwise listed in plain sight for the customer to see. Which it was not listed. Long story short this woman Susan I feel racially profiled my son insisting on ID when I'm trying to explain that he will be using it as a debit then she stated all credit card needs ID which is fine but as I said that needs to be written in sight for the customer to see. It was not. After her basically becoming hostile, loud, and shouting that we did not need to shop there. I still paid for the liquor only because my son really really really wanted it. She didn't like that I challenged her on the store's and states policy and proved her to be wrong. By the way she attempted to give me three different titles until I ultimately got the truth. You ready guys.....OK this disrespectful, rude, racist woman (yes racist, you weren't there) was the general manager. YES UNBELIEVABLE!!! I will never ever ever shop at this store again nor my 5x closest friend whom happen to live a block away and shop there almost daily and whom told my son to check there.....they aswell will no longer be patronizing that location. Shame on you Susan Ellis!! How you obtained a General manager position with your lack of kindness understanding and most of all customer service skills is beyond me. #NeedsMoreTraining"
"Awesome selection of wines and scotch, not like a typical narrow store, super friendly staff and what more.. great prices ..!"
"They carry a good variety of wines and liquors here and frequently do tastings. I usually walk out of here with a bottle of sake from their rotating selection. Staff's always friendly and ready to answer questions."
