"Awful customer service and awful at-site service. After I did all the work of calling, scheduling, double checking, and ensuring that a call 30 minutes before arrival would be made, Linde didn't call. I got a call telling me they had arrived and were leaving. The driver left without waiting for me to walk a few blocks to my practice, then the phone rep tried to explain how notes work to me rather than address my issue. Even though I made it to the practice within 10 minutes of the driver leaving, it wasn't possible to have them come back. Linde made an appointment for another date without checking with me about my work schedule. I had to undo this appointment and try and rebook. Amateurish and unprofessional."
"Absolutely the worst company I have dealt with. I have reached out to my sales person Harry Hendrickson multiple times via email and text messages. Only for him to tell me I will be credited back for overcharges to my account. Completely stopped responding. I have called the back office multiple times for them to fix my account. Credit the money back and stop billing me. Only to be told sorry we will fix it and it doesn't get fixed. I don't know how lazy these people are. Called my credit card company to do multiple chargebacks. Now I get paper invoices. Today I shamelessly get a collection notice from these idiots. Every text message and email is documented. I have called my credit card company and still 10 months later these people have been unable to close my account and stop billing me for the services they don't even provide. Take your business elsewhere."
