"Placed an order for bricks. Picker throws defective old bricks on truck. Brings it to their attention and inside sales rep tells me to just clean the bricks off. Horrible response as customers expect and should get better care. If the picker does not care about the product sold and the inside sales rep has such a response. What does that say about the brand?"
