"Unhappy with the Prime Pickup service. Which says a lot about the management & the staff here. I have been charged more than the tagged price on chicken, I’ve been humiliated with 2 pieces of mushroom over an order of half a pound, I’ve had experience with rude & illogical behavior in the meat department (in person). I am happy when I am shopping in person here. But when it comes to staff interaction & the pickup service, standards are below par of the prices paid. Needs work."

"It used to be good, workers were very friendly, but now? The workers are rude, seems angry all the time. I loved friendly mood at whole food. I'm glad we still have trader joes"

"surprisingly big whole foods! i have been to the whole foods in vauxhall, which is a pretty standard whole foods. however, the building space is very tall and large here! a little disappointing their amazon drop-off kiosk wasn't working, so i had to wait in line for customer service a bit, but the workers were very swift. the biggest surprise was their dining area! i commute to newark for classes and wasn't aware that the store is attached to an indoor plaza for other local shops. absolutely a beautiful sight on a nice sunny day! will definitely explore the area again soon."

"I bought red onions from Whole Foods and couldn't get a refund for their rotten onions. This is the second time I had to bring back their onions. They sell rotten food to their customers and won't give you your money back."
