"I don't understand why this UPS store is still available to choose as a UPS access point for package delivery when they do not accept packages. I should have read the other reviews before selecting this option. UPS often neglects to deliver to my apartment, so I chose to have my packages rerouted through this store for pickup. However, they refused my package delivery. I had to pay $5.99 to reroute the package to another UPS access point for pickup (cheaper than the $14.99 it would've cost to have the package rerouted to my apartment). They NEED to remove this store as an option on the UPS website, since it is clear they do not accept any package deliveries at this store."

"UPS store at 1387 second ave.. the staff all from east India are just greedy, I have been going there for years, a short tape they charged me $2.00, But Amazon told me just put in the original packaging, but I did put a shorter tape. few times they refuse to take my package.and evidently these just their practices . I went to another ups store and accepted it without any problem. Not good for elderly customer to go back and forth in this heat. Lot of reviewers said the same thing. I really should report them to better business bureau. Fe Nitkin"

"REFUSED TO RECEIVE PACKAGE. The people in this UPS store act clueless about refusing to refuse packages when they clearly and intentionally refuse all packages, specially those sent by stores. How silly of my family to sent a package here before reading all the equally frustrated reviews of other people who sought the same service. I had a package re-routed to an office with DHL and they provided EXCELLENT service. Guess I will be avoiding this UPS store from now on."

"This is probably one of the busiest UPS stores I’ve gone to and the employees are always lovely and have a smile on their face no matter how busy they are or how packed with Packages or people are in the store. Also they know their regulars and are always greeted very warmly."
