"Rude and incompetent. Asked for a package drop-off receipt which I have gotten before but this time, the employee didn’t know how to process. Asked to learn how to for next time and was told that “no, I won’t learn and you don’t bring packages here any more”"
"Okay so let's get this on the table. My package was said to be delivered today at 6:01pm. I've been home since 3:00pm. I have been reloading my page every hour on the hour to see when it would arrive. As soon as I it's here, I go running to the front door, to see absolutely NOTHING, and to top that off it's pouring rain! I call them as soon as I see there is nothing. I'm looking outside up and down the block to see if I can stop the truck, which is something you think is possible if it was JUST "delivered". I finally get a hold of a representative, to be told they'll call me before 7:15pm, and if I shouldn't get a call by then I should reach out to them. It was now 7:30, so I go ahead and call. I'm then on hold for a total of 40 mins and guess what the call is magically disconnected. Now it's going on 8:30pm, I'm left with $200 short , no phone call and people with disgusting attitudes smfh."
