"The workers are terrible here. They have full blown conversations with other co workers and move at a snail pace while there’s a line of customers. They also don’t open up on time an close early. Place is supposed to open up at 7 , and they tell me oh we don’t open up till 8 today. Then I go at 10:40 and it’s supposed to be open till 11 , the door is closed while the cashiers inside are just conversing with one another not doing a damn thing. Worst place"

"Speaking about the retail side, not the pharmacy: Always rude, always make you feel as though they’re the customer and you’re the employee. They literally shout at customers, don’t offer bags and skip right past the stage where you can enter your loyalty ID. I’m in shock this place is still in business."

I now can attest as a patient and as a Physician, that something magic has happened and the Pharmacy staff is now incredibly efficient and competent, especially the two front desk staff, Natasha and Luisa; they are outstanding - Thank you for the big improvement"

"I had an afternoon appointment to get the latest COVID vaccine and was pleased to be seen within 5 to 10 minutes of my appointment time. The pharmacist, Maria, had reviewed my medications and suggested I contact my doctor with questions regarding the long term use of two of them. We discussed two other vaccines and whether my doctor recommends them. I also picked up several prescription refills I had called in the night before. I have my prescriptions set up to be automatically refilled and delivered, with my insurance info and credit card on file. I was impressed with the service I received today from the pharmacist and pharmacy assistant."

"We did a FedEx drop-off at this location of Duane Reade and there was still room for them to improve the entire process & service. The signage wasn’t clear in our opinion and the staff was cool & reluctant with our inquiries."
