"Since I recently moved to Park Ave and fell in love with this store, I always advise my friends to visit it. Over the last six months I have bought here: a large board with an ocean design made of resin, various jewelry, full sizes of Nest oil, funny matches, and other various ideas for small gifts. Until today, the sellers here have been friendly and always polite. But ! Having just left the store, I left without buying anything, the first time I just didn’t want to buy anything here, the saleswoman who followed me and looked after me, just looked at me without saying - “can I help you?” or JUST simply say “hello” to the client. I have never seen such an unprofessional seller anywhere. The manager or owner of this store, please teach her to simply greet your customers, otherwise you just want to leave your store quickly and not buy something here. (this store doesn't deserve 1 star, I know, but this saleswoman makes me feel so bad and that's why I had to change this rating)"

Our after sale policy is better than any other store that i have found offering the product. Lost bracelets are the biggest problem. We choose to meet halfway"
