"DON'T GO TO THIS PHARMACY!!! THEY SCREW UP EVERYTHING!!!! They constantly give WRONG information on your prescriptions, the dates, EVERYTHING!! Worst customer service!!! The pharmacy manager FLAT OUT LIED to my family repeatedly about important vaccine info!!! She doesn't care about their customers at all. Do yourself a serious favor and go to the Walgreens in Carlstadt, NOT RUTHERFORD!!!"

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ! The woman in the pharmacy was rude didn't want to listen and kept over talking me. Literally yelled at me and told her exactly what the problem was with why my prescription and insurance was not workinh,finally after she went to check and see if I was correct she come back and said yea it went through ill have it by this day, not an apology or anything . Literally I transfer my prescription to another walgreens since she was so rude. Never using them again!"

"Today was the last time I will be coming to this location and overall any Walgreens. The level of dishonesty when running promotions is sickening. This was the third time that I didn’t receive register rewards and they have the nerve to tell me to check my app?! What does the app have anything to do with it?! Absolutely nothing. Never did I encounter such problem with CVS- and I will gladly give them my money as long as I get what is being OFFERED/ MINE!"
