"Tl;Dr - Rude staff, they don't take returns if the product is used. The store has a nice mom & pop style feel, however, it doesn't work out like one. The staff are rude and speak down to you. I've shopped here twice, and both times had a similar experience with 2 separate members of the family. They stock a lot of products, however, the price is the same if not more expensive than buying from a competitor or online. I purchased a torch and used an estimated 1/4th of the mapp gas tank. I went in for a return as the provided btu output wasn't enough for my needs. I even offered to pay for another mapp gas tank as I used a bit of it. I was met with "Why would I take back used products?" I understand not taking refunds, however, I felt disrespected and made to feel like an idiot. I will not be shopping here again. You're not saving money and you're providing a livelihood for rude people. I'll have to find another hardware store. I'd recommend you do too."

"Very disappointed in this place I will never shop there again. I am parked in the lot my husband went in for paint and I went to the food place 20 steps away and I got yelled at and was told to get out of the lot. I said my husband went inside to get paint I'm just going right there and pointed to food spot. She said don't yell at me your using my parking lot just go. When she's the one yelling at me. Nope not ever shopping there again. Not how you treat customers."

"This store has been around for decades, and has a lot of local patrons singing praises about it. If I'm looking for items related to both house and garden, this place has just about everything. Lots of national brands are available here, and also a key cutter to boot. My only criticism of the store is that there almost is no rhyme nor reason to where everything is located. It sometimes takes awhile to find some help, but once they get to you, they're quite helpful and informative. I also wish the isles were lighter and wider as it can be very cumbersome trying to move around."
