"Henry, Ashraf F is a great Dr, You see him one time and they give you some other Dr... I got one that didn't listen to me and think about my renew my MEDICAL WEED and that wasn't the case... I take my pee test everytime and I know it's weed in my system,but this broad asking me how much I spend and I told her wear I go in Williamsville... So I told them I want my Dr and no one else they never made me appt or call... this is on Wherl Drive.... I want a Dr that listen to me and help me with my pain.. not thinking they know my problem and pain everyone is not drug addiction .. I have 3 main Dr I love and listen to me and tell me if I'm doing something wrong HELP ME. ."

"Drm Henry is awesome but every month when u call for refills the office staff or whomever handle refills and also the nurses line....well expect to go through withdrawals every month because they don't check messages and don't return Any phonecalls! I am a terminal patient and do NOT recommend them if u have a situation like I am. I feel like they don't care about the patients well-being and safety physically and mentally!"

"The nurses never answer the messages on patient portal or call you back when you leave a message. They do not refill your prescription for days which leaves you out of medicine for days! I have gone a week at multiple times without the medication Dr. Henry recommends."

"I'm going to tell you that this is a positive and negative review. I respect that I was let go because I got mad while I was in the most pain I've ever been in my entire life worse than childbirth. I believe Dr Henry is a brilliant man and I also believe that perhaps the facility is taking on too many people and not enough help the staff is wonderful they must be stressed. I believe their communication is not going well for them either and I believe that when taking care of a so many people there's going to be a mix-up in communication. I dislike the fact that I was let go because I was calling out on the fact that I was supposed to get injections and received a call that the insurance denied me, the nurse said that I probably need physical therapy or Chiropractic care. The chiropractor does not think anybody should be touching me at all. That being said I was in a lot of horrific pain for a reason and I apologize for swearing I did not want to be distasteful in my letter that I had on my portal . The portal is the only way to communicate. I followed up with my insurance company who told me that all they needed was a call from one of their nurses and I would have been okay and I told them that the week before that we needed one of them to call with a reason but instead I got the call from the nurse. I am now seeing how hard it is to get a pain doctor I'm actually scared and that's where I leave off I was kicked out."
