"Suffered for over 4 years through two other doctors and practices ...(all they wanted to do was give shots which didn't last or didn't work.) In less than two visits Dr Cappicotto not only listened to what caused me on going pain but he then took two different position X-Rays that none of the other doctors did!!!. Dr Cappicotto had me diagnosed and in surgery in less than a month of my first visit and the other practices had me suffer for over 4 years!! I had L4 L5 and S1 fusion done in November I'm still recovering."

"I was in the hospital for ten days after having two spinal fusions in 5 days. The first one my cage broke. I went to De Capicotto for a second opinion because the first surgeon wanted to do a third surgery. I spent more time with him than I did with my first doctor on a second opinion visit. He cared about me. I was not just a $ sign standing there. I switched everything over to him. I no longer have to go to the disgusting hospital I dreaded going back too, if I do need a third surgery. He gave me a back brace which I should of been wearing 4 weeks ago. Dr Capicotto is awesome. Trust me. I went through a lot with a doctor who was suppose to be the best in WNY. I know better now"

"I have been suffering from a lower back hernia. I went to Dr, Capicotto, because of his reviews. He was really nice at first. Then, he pushed for surgery right away. I had surgery in 2020. I was still experiencing tremendous pain in my lower back. I went back to him, he is now pushing for a spinal stimulator. He wants more money. Now, 18 months later, a CT Scan showed that the fusion was not solid and one rod was too long. There are major issues and the surgery may have to be totally removed and totally redone. He is one of those doctors that only wants the money. Once they get the money, they dump you to the curb. Truly a shame. What happened to helping your patients? Now, it’s about the money. Very unprofessional."
