"One star is one too many. I started seeing this arrogant Dr in 2019 for lung nodules. At first, I was told they were “nothing” and I accepted that because I felt fine. He was monitoring me but kept having a lax attitude and kept insisting I was fine. Fast forward to present time, where multiple scans are showing increasing nodules and scarring, and he STILL keeps saying “you’re fine” and “this is normal” with no explanation. My primary was concerned with the results, and pushed for more testing which I believe angered him where he was rude, condescending, and just made it clear he doesn’t care. Told me today that there’s treatment but “I won’t like it”. What? I walked out. I stayed longer than I should have with him. I’m seeing a new doctor from a new practice tomorrow. He will not advocate for you, so go to someone else who will. Don’t walk, RUN away from this doctor."

"I established care over a year ago because I really struggle with seasonal allergies due to my asthma. This spring has been particularly bad with allergies and I’ve been trying to get a medication for over a week and the office will not call me back to confirm the prescription was written and have not sent it in after calling the office daily. The office cancelled on me the day before my scheduled appointment and the hours that are listed online are incorrect so it’s been very hard to schedule anything with him around my own work schedule. I really needed help and this practice was not able to do so. Will be looking into a new provider immediately."

"If i could give ZERO stars I would. I will not see this Dr ever again. Very arrogant and doesnt care about who he is seeing. Even after seeing this office and having multiple xrays and a CT scan over the last year he said "you probably didnt even have pneumonia". What? Like my troubled breathing is made up, my cough isn't real and the pain in the chest must all be fake. He spent about 5 mins in the office with me (not even time to hear my issues or care) and then said what he was going to do. He didnt even look at my history or care what i had to say. I started to get up and he just snapped "no wait", then left the room with the door wide open. After about 10 mins another person came by with a confused look as to why i was still in the room. She said i could leave. Do not waste your time with this Dr if you are looking for help!"

"wow, i hadnt read any reviews about this doctor until now. i saw dr neu in 2021 and i found him to be dismissive and unprofessional as well! i tried to explain my breathing history but he was very short with me and also gave me an inhaler despite my concerns, and sent me on my way. a sleep apnea test was ordered, but before the test had even been administered, an office staff called me to tell me that i did not have sleep apnea!"

"I have been a patient of Dr. Jeffrey Neu for at least 12 years and that says something! Recently coming off medication I have to say I am a little unhappy that I am not going to be seeing him as often. I share the same respect for the Doctor as the Doctor has for me. Trust, respect has to be reciprocal. The Doctor couldn’t be happier for my decision to come of the medication. We always worked together as I was having terrible sleep patterns. . I found making life style changes vs. medication was a better route for where I am now in life...much older! A hand shake and “See you when I need you Sir”. Try to really think what brought you to the doctor in the first place and most likely you will see that it was a series of life style choices."
