"The manager "transferred my care". Had an issue with looking for a sick appointment some time last year. They couldn't get me in. They didn't call me until late in the day after I already went to immediate care. The manager didn't like that I basically told them just be honest and say you cant see me. Why make patients wait all day just to say no. Seemed like a power move to just say we no longer want you as a patient instead of fixing the issue of "hey we can't fit you in". I have a continuous thyroid script that I can no longer get filled. Obviously this is an issue for my health. Hopefully immediate care fills scripts for the short term while I find a new primary I guess."

"I honestly can not say worse things about this entire office. Dr. Kramer is supposed to be my primary care physician and I have yet to meet her. Can’t say I’m excited to by the way she runs her practice. I have only been seen by a PA who was very dismissive of me and tried to rush me out the door after 2 minutes (not exaggerating). The one time I was actually sick and needed to be seen the rude office staff told me it would be two weeks and an unqualified medical assistant (who had not consulted with any providers) told me it sounded like seasonal allergies. I went to urgent care and turned out to be a bad upper respiratory infection which took antibiotics and steroids to battle. This place seems as if they take on way too many patients, more than they can manage which is dangerous and concerning. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away as possible. As someone who has worked in healthcare for years I try to be understanding of a lot but I have never been more disappointed in a health care experience."
