"The manager who’s usually there remembers her repeat shoppers and is so pleasant to chat with. Very professional. New hires, on the other hand, make it unlikely that I’ll return. The young lady thought telling me that the brand I currently use is garbage would encourage me to buy from her. She wasted my errand run. If in passing I see the manager I see is there, I might come in. But not if she isn’t."
"By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a store bar none! I have walked in there multiple times and only once has a member of staff greeted me (he is mentioned below.) More often than not I feel like I'm being judged than welcomed. I've watched the manager talk over customers asking for help from staff. There is one young man who works there that is always nice though. He should be teaching the management and rest of staff about proper customer service."
