"Attempted to return a defective item with buttons that rusted and stained the garment and was told that since I had purchased it 3 months prior it was my fault for washing it incorrectly. Unacceptable."

"Amazing place to shop. Michelle was soooo nice. I spent like 1 hour and a half in the fitting room and she managed to help me every second with her honest opinions & her kindness. They have so many amazing options and unique clothing I love it here. Will definitely be back!"

"Horrible place to shop! The sales girl rand up my order incorrectly.Just doing the math in my head for the 4 items made it obvious. Three sales people , including the store manager, got involved in issuing a refund back to my credit card All three of the you g women were unable to issue a simple refund ! Finally, 45 minutes later, they returned the “cash” to me , since they could not figure out how to refund the card. The clothes are trendy, the dressing rooms tiny and uncomfortable , and there is no place to hang or put your own things . Social distancing is not practiced in this store. Do yourself a favor and do not shop there. The experience was altogether dreadful in every way!"

"Ruby and Jenna has nice clothing but however after my experience with them I would never recommend them to anyone. I had ordered a set online both size small but got sent a large for one of the items. I emailed them and they said they would send me the small and I could exchange the large. Weeks later I never received the size small and I email them again and instead of replying back to me they just refund me the money. Clearly they sold the small and didn’t have it anymore I received a large cause they made a mistake and now I’m stuck with a sweater without its match that I don’t want. I emailed them very upset over a week ago to get no reply. Also ordered a shirt on there website and the next day my order was canceled because it wasn’t in stock. This store is very unorganized and the customer service is terrible. I’m just so upset over the whole thing and I thought they’d be more helpful especially since none of this would have happened if they didn’t make the mistake of sending me the wrong size."
