"The in-store purchase was fine. I had to follow up multiple times to see when my blinds were coming in no one contacted me. Then I was told I didn’t have an email on file which I did. Not only did I put it on the form but the person stated it was in the system just not under the scheduling system…When the installer came who did a great job one of the blinds didn’t fit he said it was a factory mistake. He told me he would bring it back to store and someone would follow up with me from the store to let me know when the new one would come in and to set up another installation within a day or 2. No one called, no email. I called yet again and was told someone called me the other day which did not happen. The sales person who answered the phone tried to argue with me that it showed a call. I didn’t get a call or I wouldn’t have had to call again. No apology very poor customer service over the phone. Not happy especially because my purchase was not cheap. I’m very disappointed because I’ve had many friends and family use other locations in different states and had great experiences."

The overall process for measuring, ordering the blinds and installation took less than two months. The best part was that the installation took less than 20 minutes and the blinds look awesome!
