"Typically I don't write negative reviews, especially to highly professional and courteous delivery company such as FedEx! This office is a scam! You bring the return which was delivered by FedEx, same package, just a different label - the store manager tells you "we are the retail location and you need to package it in the FedEx labeled box", given the box itself will cost you $25. "PLEASE PAY ATTENTION: DO NOT DROP OFF AT THIS LOCATION IF YOU HAVE INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE. GO TO THE FEDEX HUB ON S17. this location was perfect to me until today. I had a international package shipping out with FedEx today with everything ready( label, and commercial invoices attached in a clear bag)Well, the employee told me that I need to sign on the invoices which is not a big deal, I can sign right away. BUT, he said I need a copy called AIR WAYBILL and refused my package. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. AIR WAYBILL AKA SHIPPING LABEL. I spent two hour on the phone with FedEx customer service, first lady, again unprofessional lady, did not know how to solve it, ended up with no solution for 2 hours. I called another customer service(OMG, this is very professional!) He told me as long as I had a valid label and invoices, my package should have no problem. He suggested me to try another location because this employee at Ramsey location is WRONG. After 2.5 hours, I went to the FedEx hub on S 17, they accepted my package right away. Apparently, I did everything correct, but wasted the whole morning because of this lack of knowledge employee. FedEx: Educate your employee first before putting them in front of customer!"
