"I was there early Monday Morning Ramsey, UPS store 8/21/23 with important package that had to be shipped overnight. . A nice young man was so helpful and kind and courteous the entire time!! . I think his name was VIRAH I apologize if I’m spelling it wrong. He took the time to explain to me all the different rates of shipping the package and reassured me It would get there in time overnight. Excellent employee there this morning!"
