Since 1972, we have been dedicated to serving the Cortland County and surrounding areas, providing vital health services to communities in need.

As a cornerstone of our community, FHN is the sole provider of care in three out of the five communities we serve. We offer a sliding fee scale to ensure that low-income individuals and families can access the quality health care they deserve. Our status as a FTCA Deemed Facility underscores our commitment to safety and excellence, as we receive HHS funding and have Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status for certain health-related claims.

We are thrilled to announce the implementation of our new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and user-friendly Patient Portal, designed to enhance patient care and improve the user experience. Our commitment to quality has been recognized by the American Heart Association, awarding us the Gold and Silver Awards for our efforts in managing blood pressure.

Our Mobile Medical Unit is wheelchair accessible, ensuring that every member of our community can receive care. Additionally, we are actively involved in initiatives like the Cortland County Health Access Task Force, striving to provide essential COVID-19 information to residents across New York.
