"My experience with the receiver of taxes is horrible. I just bought a home and I received a letter notifying me when my taxes were due. In the letter is explained that if the taxes are escrowed I could email or call with the financial institution. I emailed this information right away. I did not receive a response to let me know if the information was received on your end. I recently received another school tax bill with a penalty and when I called the number I can't get anyone on the phone. I need someone to look into this issue and get back to me asap."
