"This is the one place I could find that accepts my obscure insurance, and I went into the clinic with the mentality that beggars can't be choosers. It's nothing like I expected! Everyone was very professional, friendly, and efficient. I'd recommend it to anyone."
"Their service has gone down hill. They only have one receptionist and you have to wait too long on hold to make an appointment. They no longer have a blood technician on staff so you have to wait for that too and you can't have your blood drawn during lunch because it never occurred to them to not let all nurses go to lunch at the same time. When you do finally get blood work done the doctor doesn't call you with the results and when you ask to leave message for the doctor, the receptionist tells you that you would only need to speak to the doctor if there was a problem. One doctor went on maternity leave and they were totally unprepared for it telling patients to go to a walk-in instead. And to top it all off, they are updating their billing/patient systems and you have to fill out ALL your basic information AGAIN. Because of this, I haven't seen a bill all year (2014) for my copays."
