"I reached out Via the website to make an appointment, Kelly contacted me and set up time for a phone consultation. She did not contact me at the set time of consultation. I emailed her 45 minutes after the scheduled time and did not receive a reply for over 24 hours. Once she replied she did not apologize but said "Please excuse the oversight" and gave me 2 more time options. Being very upset and untrusting of her now I waited two weeks and then decided to try again, very much against my gut feeling. I reached out and asked about new time slots and got a reply within 2 hours. The following day I replied with my preferred time/date that she again stated was available. There were 4 full business days between the time I emailed and the new time I selected. Once again I waited for her to call, she never called me, she never emailed me. I waited 52 minutes and then emailed her to let her know this is absolutely unacceptable and to please never reach out to me again. This is twice now that Kelly never called or emailed a brand new client to say she could not do either appointments and all of this happened well during her stated business hours. She has absolutely no communication and I cannot believe that she came highly recommended to me by a friend. I would not waste any time trying to contact this therapist because it is very obvious that she does not value clients if she can do no call no shows TWICE for just one person."

She treated me like utter garbage for cancelling a same day appointment when I had an emergency to attend to and charged my card that day without confirming she was doing so. She did not help my child who is perceptive enough to see the toxic personality. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy."
