"Service within the building was good, but the parking is absolutely atrocious. Parking spots are barely big enough to fit a normal sized car, the lanes go both ways but are only large enough to support 1 car going through at a time. The parking lots are so small that they cant support the amount of people that come on a daily basis and there are always people waiting for a spot to open. If you have an appointment, show up like 30 minutes early to have time to find parking."

"Well I just went to the VA today and I enjoyed my experience there the doctor was not in a rush to get me out of the door I would rather go to the VA than any Hospital in Buffalo they're good people. I also had two knee Replacements at the VA and did a fantastic job I'm all healed up ready to go."
