"Better then most in the Area all I saw it mabe the bottom be a little more crispy but the box don't make it easy with steam bit it's was a great pie"

"There are certainly no shortage of great pizzerias to choose from near South Buffalo, but Desi's is my first choice now after having tried quite a few. Ordering is super convenient through the Slice app and they always have it ready very quickly. As others have mentioned, the owner works in the kitchen and has personally prepared every pizza I've ordered. He's incredibly hard working and kind, and he remembers his regulars. Also, the pizza is plain great - one of the few Buffalo joints that actually cooks the pie long enough instead of giving you something that is too doughy or bread-like. You could pay a fortune for a pizza from Imperial, but for my money I'd much rather support Desi's and get a great product for a fair price. Don't forget to tip well if you can! ✌️"

"I grew up in Kaisertown. We moved out about 15 years ago. We ordered Desi’s tonight for the first time since I bought my last pizza from Dave and Marie. The tacos, pizza sub and antipasto were as good as I remembered. Thank you for keeping the tradition alive. The food was amazing. One suggestion though. Please put garbanzo beans and pepperoncini peppers back in the antipasto salad. I can’t wait to get a Bonanza next!"

"DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND READ THIS REVIEW. Desis is a family ran small pizzaria. The owner personally takes care of your food. He's a great guy and if you go there regularly,he remembers who you are. The food tastes fresh and you can tell they use the best ingredients. He actually cares about the food quality they put out. The pizzaria it's self has been around a long time . They are famous for there fries and chicken fingers. Trust me they are huge you won't be disappointed. They have great specials and I haven't had a bad thing from there. It's the only pizzaria around here I support."

"Their food was greasy , and although the repeated what I had already said twice , they still got the subs I ordered wrong. I also ordered a veggie platter which I took a picture of but I don’t know how to post it -they put it in a huge box but was enough items to hold in one hand it was so small and not worth the price . The prices were extremely overpriced and the French fries were burnt and just got thrown out. I regret ordering from there and never will again . When you walked inside it smelled as if they didn’t use exhaust fans , and the owner was sitting talking about people and other restaurants with the customer ahead of me who was trying to leave while I continued to wait for him to be done bad mouthing other places, people AND their family . Very unprofessional. This was the second time trying to order from them the first time I tried to order from the Slice app and they canceled my order for two slices and French fries because the chat said they were out of pizza and out of French fries —- Never again !"
