"Upon entering the office, I was called up by 1 of 4 receptionists. It wasn’t even a 2 minute wait. At that time I was told to have a seat , all my paperwork was done and I would be called soon. That wait was 15 minutes. I was shown to my room, the nurse took down information and 5-10 minutes later the Dr showed up. Dr Battaglia spent an adequate amount of time with me , asking questions that pertained to my injury and examination took 5-10 minutes. Suggested surgery was not necessary and suggested PT or my own stretching exercises. That was my choice . Great experience, great staff and great Dr ."

"I was upset coming in, I had misplaced my cellphone. The office personnel helped me trace it down( I had left it at another Dr.’s office.) And had them secure it for me to pick up. She went above and beyond in this situation, taking the initiative to help me. The first “nurse “ was abrupt and said “you have to have x-rays”. Without adequate explanation. I knew I had shoulder x-rays a month earlier.. at that point I was imagining not being able to get the cortisone injection I had been waiting weeks to get for relief from pain. That was a source of frustration. The second nurse/tech explained more views were needed and that I would be getting the shot. I was not disappointed. Dr Battaglia was great."
