"Used to come here somewhat regularly but after today I’ll never shop at this location again. At noon on a Sunday there was precisely 1 checkout aisle open, with lines backed up down the aisles. The self checkout is now capped at 15 items. Rather than do anything to ameliorate the situation, the attendant literally jumped ahead of me to to close the checkout because I had more than 15 items. To reiterate, the staff would rather CLOSE self checkout stations than allow someone to checkout with more than 15 items while all lines are backed up. Also the deli and meat counter exist in theory only. You will only get service there by tracking down an employee and demanding assistance. I really want to support one of the last remaining local chains, but the management and staff of this location is atrocious."
"It's convenient. Their loyalty program is cumbersome and alot of work. Why two tiers of coupons? Why isn't our telephone adequate ....why all the clipping? Jewel is my last choice in grocery store."
"I have been coming here for years. I feel like many time I come to get groceries here and I’m always short of something due to them being out. They barely ever have any shopping baskets by the front door. They are always stacked by registers or self check out. Employees are too lazy to bring them to the front. Prices are higher than other competitor a couple blocks south of them."
"Place was very crowded but they did have a large variety of groceries. I'm from South Carolina, so I'd never been to one. Its 9pm on a Monday and the place was PACKED. Super long lines. There were plenty of employees, so at least they're well-staffed and the wait wasn't too long. The store its self seems small though, like low ceilings, narrow isles... everything was compacted in there. It was a positive experience though, no complaints. Oh and they have a machine on the way in/out where you can buy lottery tickets, which I thought was wild. Lol How convient!"
