Bunches is very accommodating in delivering the bouquets, they've even returned to my apartment once I got home from work to deliver a bouquet. Excellent service and beautiful displays."

"Owner went off at me, called me names, unprofessional. Bouquet was not what we ordered. My mom placed a nice order for me as a gift, specifying that she wanted three specific types of flowers and a specific color scheme, and paid a good amount of money for the bouquet. When bouquet arrived, delivery person was very nice, however, they weren't the flowers my mom purchased. I sent my mom a photo of the bouquet to say thank you, and she was immediately disappointed with what she saw. They did not have one type of flower in stock, and we received one flower each of the other two ordered flower types, and the rest of the bouquet was filled with daisies. The color scheme was not accurate either. My mother called to see what went wrong and what could be remedied, and the owner was short with her, saying we wouldn't get one flower type, another was too expensive, and tried to chalk it up to a misunderstanding during ordering (even though my mom was super clear about what she wanted). I personally feel like if what she was asking for wasn't doable, she should've been made aware prior to paying for the arrangement, but she wasn't. He then tried to upcharge her to include more of the flowers she wanted, but eventually offered to send a small handful of additional flowers (not the type my mom had ordered) at no extra charge, but this still wasn't what my mom paid for or what we wanted. I tried giving them a call and spoke with the owner, and told him that we weren't satisfied with what was delivered/what we were being offered, and he immediately began yelling and called me a "spoiled brat." I asked him to please not raise his voice and keep it professional, but he continued to yell at me over the phone and rescinded his offer to supply the additional flowers, then yelled that he refused to refund us. I even offered to bring the flowers back to the shop to get our money back, but he told me he wasn't going to refund me regardless. By the time we got off the phone, he agreed to refund us 30% of what we had paid, but it really wasn't worth dealing with his temper. Obviously will not be going back."

"Who’d ever think ordering flowers over the phone would be so fun and easy! The gentleman that took my order was so kind and accommodating…and has such a beautiful talent!! He’s not just a people person, but look at this perfectly pretty arrangement he did for my mom as a last minute surprise! I haphazardly described my moms bookshelf and he did his magic….gorgeous! She said it smells heavenly, too! :) Great job, well done Bunches!"

"Marc at Bunches was wonderful to work with for our wedding! He was recommended by our venue, and we are so happy with how everything turned out! Marc was very flexible with scheduling our meetings so my Mom could be in town and be there for it. He did an outstanding job at making my vision (lots of Pinterest board pictures!) a reality and was very respectful of our budget. I really enjoyed our last meeting before the wedding and being able to see what we had discussed come together! He arrived on our wedding day while we were finishing getting ready and I was blown away how beautiful the bouquets and boutonnieres were! I had also given him two charms with pictures of my grandparents who have passed away, and he did a wonderful job adding them on to my bouquet. We had many compliments of our centerpieces at the reception as well! I highly recommend Bunches for a wedding florist, or for any occasion!"
