"If you have the option to order from a place other than Kinney Homecare....take it. Unfortunately I have received three supply shipments from them in the past year, and only one has been accurate. I have been charged for products I never received, and then received the incorrect sizes on other products. Customer service is terrible and does not strive to help get the proper equipment that was ordered or refund any money for the missing supplies. Avoid ordering from this place at all costs."

"5 Star Rating All The Way - I emailed Jan 10, 2023 & Rosie called me back the same day. I told her the exact CPAP mask & related supplies I needed. Rosie called me back within 30 minutes to tell me the prices, as I had no insurance & was from out of state. Rosie also confirmed they had what I needed in stock. On Jan 11, 2023 I went in, met Rosie & picked up my items. Friendly, professional & honest down to earth good service at a very fair price. Some CPAP supplies are hard to find & Rosie did a 5 Star Job. This location is now part of Kinney Home Care. Ask for Rosie, you won't be disappointed. Trust me."
"It is tough when there has been a pandemic, shipping issues, a huge recall for a CPAP Company. I am greatful for this company because they had me on their list for a new cpap. And when they came in they made sure to let me know that they had a machine for me. I am glad that they must have ordered more machines then likely known. I say this as I was told that before this they had not had a machine for anyone for like a year! I also greatly appreciate how they made sure I was well informed of the machine when I went in to pick it up. And also let me know that a family members machine was more than likley offline since now 3G is offline. Which helpled to prompt us to get my husband set up to get a new machine since he his (with the VA since 2015) does not send his info to his app or to his Dr anymore. And I was told that when I wanted to know how I am doing on the new machine I am on that I can bring in the SD card when I want to know how I am doing. Yes this machine does not have an app or the cloud like another brand machine has had. Though I am sleeping better now and that is what matters to me."
