"I first hired AK Azad Construction a few summers ago to replace a sidewalk. I interviewed a couple of companies. Saif seemed to be the most knowledgeable about how the job should be completed. He answered all of my questions during the initial interview. My trust was not misplaced. He did an excellent job. I next hired AK Azad to redo a kitchen floor with ceramic tile. This job required ripping up three levels of terrible linoleum flooring and replacing the subflooring. Once again, an excellent job. I then hired Saif for another flooring job and so on. What I really like about this company, is the assistance with every phase of the job. If you need help in choosing materials, Saif is ready with suggestions. For example, I wanted to replace my living carpet with flooring that was durable and waterproof. At the same time, I wanted flooring that resembled hardwood. Saif was able to make suggestions about materials that would fit the bill. I went with his suggestions and once again, I am completely satisfied with the result. I highly recommend this company for both inside and outside jobs."

"Absolutely AMAZING! This company and owner is always available when we need him. He has done two bathrooms for us from scratch, repaired a few ceilings for us, did our backyard over to prevent water from entering when raining and snowing and added a driveway for us. Anytime we have an issue with anything, he comes through to see what can be done.They have been our go to for anything we need done in our 1920 built Victorian home. Work is done in timely manner and have yet to have an issue with anything they have repaired or done for us."

I had three estimates, they were all similar but Saif recommended replacing the roof not recovering it- it turns out we had 7 layers on our roof, which is heavy and a fire hazard. He did great work, with a huge team of guys and turned it around in three days. He was present the entire project, and sent me pics of the work as he went, replacing bad wood.
